Pet Policy
We understand that pets are part of the family, so your furry friends are welcome at Ivy Terrace.
- Maximum of 2 pets per apartment.
- Non-refundable Pet Fee: $250 for 1 or $75 for the second
- Monthly Pet Rent: $20 per pet
- Cats, dogs, and fish (in tanks up to 10 gallons) are welcome.
- Exotic pets such as snakes, lizards, and ferrets are not permitted.
- 75 lb. weight limit per pet.
- Restricted breeds: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull–type (including American Staffordshire Terrier), German Shepherd, Malamute, Chow Chow, Belgian Malinois, and Wolf-Dog hybrids.
- Please be courteous to your neighbors and clean up after your pets.
S&S Properties uses OurPetPolicy to manage all animals at our communities, including household pets and assistance animals required for a disability. OurPetPolicy helps verify reasonable accommodation requests for assistance animals and ensures that all animal records are complete and up to date. Using OurPetPolicy makes it easy for applicants and residents to add animals to their leases and allows our team to easily track and manage animal information. To ensure that all animal information is kept current, we ask all applicants and residents to use OurPetPolicy to confirm if they have a pet, an assistance animal, or no animals.
